How did he get a restraining order from you if you live next door? These are difficult to get and require a lot of proof. I think maybe part of this story is missing.
I would talk to the police and ask them what the best course of action is. They will be up front with you and tell you exactly what you need to do in order to keep him at bay. Also you can talk to an attorney and try to get the restraining order thrown out, although I don't know why you would care.
Try to get a restraining order on him, but it will be more difficult now. I would say the best strategy would be to move.

Restraining orders can work both ways. The person acquiring the restraining can not deliberately put you in a spot to cause you to violate it. It is also recommended to have a cross complaint and get your voice on record. You should also document with proof if available your side for future action. If need be contact your local district attorney and or private attorney and explain what has gone on to date. Each state will vary on how to handle issue and penalties involved

Well that's what happens when your'e a nice person.
Here are some general tips that seem to work (in order of escalation)
Defcon 3: Subscribe him to suspect porn info and radical extremist sites and have it mailed to his work and home.
Defcon 2: Make an anonymous tip to child protection services that you've seen the creep molesting his children.
Defcon 1: Rent your house to a local Mexican gang for 6 months saying you can't stand living next door to a pedophile, white supremicist atheist.
That should do the trick.

My answer is that if both of you can let God's word shape thinking it can really help.Respect for each other will help if he really claims you've done that but can't ascertain then he's not really right you can take the initiative to forgive your neighbor because we all are from one parents Adam and Eve.Also having in mind that his action underscores, his being a human will help greatly. Bye

You should have the right to a hearing on his r.o. The paper work you got when you were served will tell you how to do that. Then at the hearing you can put forth the incidents that you've described. Do you have any witnesses who have observed his tirades? They can be very helpful in court.

Did you know that restraining orders work both ways? If your neighbor is intentionally trying to force you into breaking the order he is at fault and could be criminally charged! Try reporting him/her for restraining order violations.

1. Hire an attorney to fight the restraining order; and
2. File your own petition for a restraining order against him.

Not much you can do. He struck best, and it should be last. Anything you do to him will be in violation of the protection order, and if you now file any complaints against him, it's just going to look like retaliation. My advice? Move.

until eventually somebody else is on the restraining order pass to the courtroom you purchased it from and clarify situation. they commonly do not advance restraining orders because they expire in any case.
