Beautiful baby girl,
You left us far to soon.
Just like a precious pearl,
Shining in the light of the moon,
You were one of a kind.
Everyone is so sad,
Especially your Dad.
We miss you so much,
We wish that we could touch,
And hold you again.
Our hearts are breaking,
Terribly aching.
To say "Goodbye,"
Made us cry.
A candle we will light,
Each night,
To show you that you will always be in our hearts,
And that your memory will never part.
Always loved,
Even from above.
It just wasn't right,
For you to leave our sight.
Your sadly missed,
But we know that you send us a kiss,
From high above,
And all your love.
Someday we will be,
Up in heaven where we can see,
Your beautiful face,
And all of your grace.
Your little eyes will shine,
And we will find,
The peace we seek,
To make things not so bleak.
The Angels that are with you will always be near,
So you have nothing to fear.
We love and miss you,
But we know that one day we will join you in heaven too!

It's great to know that u have written a poem that to for ur friend's baby who just passed away.......i respect ur feeling for ur friend.................. nice poem. I am a poet myslef . I have written well over 100 poems. My friends who read mine love them. I have not read anyone elses poem before & I have to say I love it. You must be a good poet yourself to write such an amazing piece of work such as this.

It's a beautifully written poem. But, may I suggest not giving it to your friend, if that is your intent. Keep it as an expression of your own feelings rather than assume you could express the feelings of your friend. It may take time for your friend to feel a sense of peace and acceptance over what happened. Maybe someday down the road, if the subject ever comes up, you could share with your friend what you wrote.

that's beautiful, it reminded me of when my cousin passed on just after he was born. you're a good person for writing something this touching. i really liked it! you seem to have a wonderfil talent for writing!
