simple policy...dont do things online that you wouldnt do in real life with me standing right there. inappropriate flirting is the same whether it is online or at the local bar. he finds it exciting? what if he finds an online relationship exciting, or meeting the women, or kissing, etc. thats absolutly no reason to possibly jeapordize a relationship. ask him to stop before it leads to clear cut emotional or physical cheating. and btw, you should be all the excitement that he needs.

I'm not married, but I sure wouldn't like it. I have women friends, and have dated women with guy friends, but that cyber play can get weird. You can't ever meet the other person, or go out with both of them and all have a good time. Not to mention that he is doing this when you are not around, and tells you that it excites him. At least he tells you about it, which is good. Cheating? Not quite, but too close for my taste.

No, not unless he gets together with them. Why don't you do it and see what he thinks?

yes tell him to stop, even if there is no physical contact with other sex, he is simulating what he would do to that other person.
