I think Edgar Winter used to play this in the 70s. You'll look more like a "rock star" playing this than sitting at a keyboard. COOL!
I would think it would take substantial adapting as far as how you play it. Your arms and hands will have different angles of positioning. That may take getting used to. You'll be great. Make some music!

No it's basically the same, You just "wear it" like a guitar. Most of them won't have as many keys , or the keys may be a bit smaller. You might have a "ribbon" type controller so you can simulate left hand vibrato and chord slide stuff like a guitar., and the best part - you'll look SO COOL standing next to a guitarist, ripping out those twin harmony solo parts!
