Here in the US we do not have a democracy we have a dempocrisy. It only deals even in areas and to people that serves the government's agenda. that is why the US has a long history of coddling some dictators(usually only to bash them down when not needed anymore)and vilifying others. The US felt it was paramount to go into Kosovo because of the conflict, the suppose genocide, and rape campaigns. And it was basically a Civil war that didn't involve outside nations. While at the same time civil wars and border scrimmages in Sub Saharan Africa has left 10s of thousands dead directly because of the conflict and millions dead as a byproduct of the wars. As well as millions homeless. Any intervention from Uncle Sam? You'd see Osama Bin Laden sitting in Starbucks in the middle if the day with the Commander in Chump playing chess while sipping double mocha lattes before US troops will be seen in Darfur in the same capacity that they are in Iraq. Uncle Sam is like a man before the mirror who once he turn away forgets what he looks like.

your a idiot. I have posted two questions already on the problems with pakistan and israil. Today that is so feel free to coment but here is the thing america didnt give any green light you freak america didnt say hey go to war. What they are trying to say is that they do not respect the UN councils choice on discussing the matter. Why? It appears that your cry has reached the UN council as a humanitarian problem and i should say so these are the consequenses of taking hostage another countrys country men. If i were israil i would of blasted the f u c k out of your asses and why in the hell bargain what good does it do to bargain with your people you just pull the same thing over and over wanting more and more its like north koria and there sanctions over and over again. IT GETS SICKNING so its no wonder that israil is sick of your parisite infested country if i was there i would make your leader suck my dong then shoot his pathetic no good butt

usa is a constitutional republic by definition... which means our representatives do our voting for us but are obliged to stay within the confines of our constitution.... but they have a way of bending the rules most of the time... instead of staying within the parameters of the "spirit" of our constitution[and other existing laws and agreements] our politicians spend most times looking for ***"loop holes"*** in order to serve their own political agenda... do we have a democracy?? when was the last time you directly voted on something important? like whether to go to war, or whether to give a public "SERVANT" a pay raise??? no we dont have a democracy [ "the emperor has no clothes"] and "our government has no intrest in anyone else having a true democracy....that said, most people[ including myself] are usually uninterested, uniformed and incapable of making proper decisions... the proof of this is that WHEN we do get to vote we tend to elect incapable if not outright sinester people!
***alow*** me to take the opportunity to say here , that anyone would EVEN look for a "loop hole" in the Geneva Convention is just shamefull . the reason it was writen was so humans would treat other humans as humans.... the very thought that it had to be put in writing in the 1st place says a lot about us as a species. are we GOD's children or not ??!?!?
P.S. did "pianist" actually say , "the us has nothing to do with isreal..." ???......"ARTMAM", well said.. and funny lol.. where's ben franklyn now that we need him??? ... "sky 777" why dont you tak a course in history and find out why people stoop to "blowing up inocent people".. just why do you think they do that?? why do you think that previously simple "nomatic goat hurders" started "blowing up innocent people"??? if we can answer that question , truthfully, ... then maybe we can find a solution...

No, it is Bush trying to force the world to work the way he wants. He doesn't care about "democracy" he only cares about his people. The same thing happened in Iraq and the country's in chaos, American and Iraqi lives have been pointlessly lost and the oil companies are making record profits. Democracy.....no. Tyranny......yes.

yes, obviously- but then Benjamin Franklin defined democracy as "four wolves and a sheep deciding what to eat for dinner"- the United States of America is NOT supposed to be a democracy, it is supposed to be a REPUBLIC- and as long as the fool sheeple believe that it is a democracy, this once proud nation is doomed to become the police state tyranny is almost is now.

the american democracy is used by americans to decide their own leaders and laws. it has no place in international relations. that is what we elect the government to do for us. we do not vote on each decision in international relations.
That is a horse of a different color.
if anyone wants the benefit of an american style democracy, they have but to start their own america and do it.
thats what we had to do.
