Look at Hari Soo, S/he is really sexy.
Anyway, asian guys can get away with it, and really pull it off.
I know rather a few guys who will try on langerie and a pair of high heels to prance around the house. I'd say most of them would never admit it to most people either.
Lots of Korean guys can pull it off really well.
Anyway without saying too much, yeah its not too bad if the guy is hot and not hairy.

Do you mean a guy with feminine facial features? I think it should be quite common to see guys with that. It is commonly featured in Japanese cartoons. But I sure hope you don't mean guys with feminine personality...
