I should say "Call the police". But I'm not sure I wouldn't beat the hell out of him before, or instead. I don't mean to justify revenge. You should let the police and justice do their jobs. But in a situation like this you never know if you'll keep cool enough.

BTW, it'd be the same if the molester were older or younger than that. Age is not the point here.

it does not matter if he is fifty of eighty or twenty,,i would emotionally cut myself into two people, one totally comforting and giving my child all the care and attention and make him or her feel safe,, and love the child with all the passion, and kindness i am capable,

the other half of me, would want to get the person, and hurt him, or have someone else hurt him, i know that is wrong , but i feel like i was a killing monster, and i would want to make that person never able to do anything again, and realistically, get involved with government laws, and make it a mandatory law that all molesters convicted even once, never have total freedom,, take them to an island , that the never can leave, and they will be with other molesters, and molest and kill each other.. like a lepar colony.. or take them to another planet, and they stay there until they die,, all of these people should have to wear ankle bracelots, radar, gps systems to know the every move , and have them, restricted from public areas where children may be vulnerable,,,they should be put in the zoo, like wild animals, and let people go by, and see them, with the label on the cages,, and no special tretment,,,and every day of the rest of their lives they would be reminded of the terrible acts they commit.

The same thing i would do if a a 20 year old woman molested my child -- bring formal criminal charges and civil charges. What does the age or gender have to do with it? The majority of abused children are abused by women...mostly their mothers -- which probably proves that women should not be allowed to be mothers.

This is what I would like to do (but isn't the legal way to do):
1st- I would tranquilize him and cutt his penis off.
2nd- I would make him sign a paper confession what he did with your boy and make him confess that he had cutted his dick off.
3rd- Call the police.
4th- Make sure people in his jail knows exactly why he is there.

PS: By the way age is important too. By his age, he is very aware about where is the place of a men in a society. At his age he might have his own family and sense of protection and care of parent's duty. At his age he has knowledge about the harm he have done to your child, and because of his age, he were more capable to get adantage of your naive child, without raise suspecious.
On this case, his age can be considered a fact that aggravate his crime and raising substancely his jail's time.

Nothing different than if a 49 year old guy --or woman--did it.It's the ONE time I'd have difficulty sticking to my spiritual convictions about deliberate killing. Horrible, but true. As to the non-statistical "statistic", given above, that nMOST abused children are abused by their mothers....that's incredibly misleading. If we are talking ALL abuse, from spanking and emotional abuse, then perhaps; but of course , how could it be otherwise, when the vast majority of fathers on earth do not spend a significant amount of TIME with their children--ity being considered "women's work". As to sexual abuse--no--the statistics are heavily wieghted to men being the primary abusers. Sorry, but it's true.

Kill him. Not that I'd want to. But if I had the chance I'd certainly try. That's just impulse, even though due process with the law would be the best thing, both for me and him (well, worst in his case - jail isn't fun, particularly for molestors). My instinct as a father would be to kill the man, but if I were given time to think and let the law deal with him I'm sure we'd all be better off.

You will need to acquire the following:
-Latex gloves
-Black Jack
-Duct Tape
-Bucket of still ice water
-Dull knife
-Soldering Iron
-Rotary Phone
-"8 ball" of Crack Cocaine
-2 Small Funnels
Render him unconcious with ye olde black jack. Bound his hands, feet with duct tape. Revive him with the iced, still (must be at least 3 weeks old) water.
Take the dull knife and saw his **** off (be sure to leave his balls in place). With the soldering iron cruelly re-attach his **** to his mouth this should muffle his screams. Now take soldering iron and cautirize his gaping wound to stop the bleeding. Also insert iron up his rectum to stop any internal bleeding.
Carve with either or both the knife and soldering iron the words G-O-O-F onto his back, chest and stomach, the still water should be rich with so much bateria that he will get an nasty infection. Then take rotary phone and beat him with it. Disconnect phone and strip the wires from the end that connects it to the phone. Plug back into the wall and take the two ends of the wires (pos & neg) and apply to his testicles. When finished reattach to phone. Now insert each funnel in each of his nostrils. Punch him in the stomach, and upon his enhale, dump pile of crack at the into funnels and allow him to take a deep with his head tilted back. Once again render him unconcious with black jack.
Leave him passed out on your lawn naked, bloody and high with dull knife in his hand. Call the police with the rotary phone and report a dangerous naked, bloody crackhead on lawn with a weapon in hand after your child.
