I am a naturist and would like to know the law regarding nudity in Switzerland.?

Specifically am often nude at home and whilst at the front of the appartment (4th floor) there is no over looking buildings, at the back of the apartment there is a higher apartment block that could potentially allow people to see into my apartment. I do not want to fall foul of the law but it would be a pain having to wrap a towel around me everytime I went to get a glass of wine etc.

In your appartment you can walk nude as much as you want, no matter who has the possibility to look inside.

In the nature, naturism usually is accepted if no others are around, specially no families with children or even children alone.

Specially at smaller lakes, there are often inofficial naturist areas, now it's season...

I live in Switzerland and although I don't know the law I take my son to a public beach where some of the women go topless. We have lived in several different apartments since being here and this is the first place where we have never seen anyone nude either sunbathing on terraces or at windows of their places. This apartment is in more of a tourist neighbourhood though so I haven't got many neighbours. So, if it is any help, I have seen it here a lot.

I'm fairly sure that you can be nude in your own house in any country in the world, with the possible exception of the USA ( they will stop you doing anything you want to do if they decide to).

Don't listen to the little queer who thinks you like incest just because you like nudity, he is so anal, I'm sure he is about 12 years old.

I say carry on doing what you're doing until you get arrested, then say you didn't know it was a problem and you promise not to do it again.

I would, however, refrain from going to the supermarket in your birthday suit !

Would you be naked in front of your son and daughter if the law allowed? Animals which are all naturalists have no problem with incest. Is this the same with you. GROW UP.
