Jack up your Camaro and dont forget to set your parking brake or chock one of the tires not being removed. Get you a 4-way tire iron (a x shaped tool with 4 different sockets on it). Make sure it is standard measurement and find the correct size and proceed in taking off the lug nuts. Turn to the left to loosen them. That should do it.

If youve removed all the lugs and the wheel is still stuck on take a large hammer and whack the wheel from the back side. This breaks the rust free.

Loosen the nuts that hold it on. If you can't turn the wrench then use a long pipe to put on the wratchet holding the socket cause some half baked mechanic/tire changer used an impact wench and tightened it down too tight. The long pipe will give you extra leverage

Jack the vehicle up to support the front-end. Remove the lug nuts, then remove the wheel. IF you are trying to rotate it to the rear--it will not work.
