Bush would probably do the Sonic Boom but Osama bin laden can evade it easily. He'll come towards Osama and Osama'll blast him with his Hado-ken and combo it up with flamin' Haryu-ken, but as he tries to grab Bush and do that roll-over-throw, Bush takes him out with a Slash Kick. And the times out before anyone of them dies.
...But Osama wins because he has a cooler beard.

BUSH would win hands down. he's not the best looking fighter, but he works out a little bit and judging from Osama's situation, i doubt the man gets much sunlight..so he would lose in the first round.
Osama is supposedly very tall..but being tall and being able to knock someone out are two different things.
