i will tell u what are the reasons of that and i will show u the way to get ride of it:
1-lack of sleep(as u said u sleep enough 8 hrs per day....dont sleep during a day....do some kind of sport in the evening...eat the light dinner with yaghourt....dont drink tea or cafe after 6 pm....eat some biscuits and warm milk before u go to bed...when u see u cant sleep leave ur bed ..read something then when u get sleepy again back to bed)...
2-smoking(its better if u decrease the number of cigarette u smoke)
3-nutrition(have to drink 7 glasses of water per day...2 piece of fruits including ur routine foods)
4-stress
5-glasses(better to use contact lense)
6- watching the monitor(every one hr let ur eyes rest for 5 mins)
7-rubbing ur eyes alot....make ur little vein broken(try to dont rub ur eyes alot and use warm pad on ur eyes at night if during the day u rubed them)
8-anemia(u have to ask ur G.P ab that and by blood test u can find that out),like when u dont have enough Iron ...u can use some ferrus sulfate tablets per night(but just wih ur G.P order
9- lack of Zinc(one tablet of Zn per night)
10-Genetic(here is no way just u can cover it by cosmetic brands)

Vitamin E is great, but if you can't get it or don't like it, use good extra virgin olive oil. It sounds strange, but it's all natural and I've used it for years and look years younger than I am. Olive oil and honey are nature's best skin products. Honey makes a wonderful mask (and can be used all over the body like the olive oil can ) and then just wash off with a mild soap and a warm to hot shower. Olive oil is nature's most wonderful moisturizer and it also helps with undereye circles that are dark. Try natural products before you go artificial. It isn't worth looking younger if you harm your skin or yourself in some way with creepy ingredients.

attempt the Studio end concealer from Mac. that is outstanding for unde eye circles and somewhat is going a heck of far. It is provided in Wuidditch mild shades as well (NC/W 15) and there is an option of yellow or pink undertones. i'd propose going into the save to envision it out. the workers are ever so helpful - element out what you want the concealer for and they are going to try it out on you with the right colour. that is round £14.50 which will nicely be considered extreme priced for a small bath besides the undeniable fact that it lasts a lengthy time period. i purchased mine a month in the past and evidently noticeably a lot new. in case you want to purchase something more not pricey, the sequence 2000 conceal stick works large for me as i'm up lots of the nighttime operating. both that out you could make investments in an lower than eye cream/nighttime undemanding to eliminate the darkish circles contained in the first position. The body save lower than eye concealer is likewise large. My mum owns it and he or she loves it, althogh im no longer certain on the price. in case you want to conceal them up thoroughly, do flow for a larger end product as its wuality for money, truly. i am hoping this helps! Xx

you can use cucumbers or you can use tea bags that have been soaked and after about 20-30 minutes, you'll see that the bags will have lightened up. my fiancee and i both use this remedy, and it works. hope this helps.
