4:20 is a time and date when pot smokers all over the world will unite and smoke pot. It's police code for somthing on the sort or marijuana. It's also the date on which Hitler was born, but thats not the point. 4:20 is a time to smoke weed, so it makes sense when all you see is 4:20, and they are smoking weed.
