just go to particular email clients header information..
In yahoo... just click on brief hadder rather than standar hadder. in the right side of any mail.

You can look at the e-mails header, might have to change your preferences in order to see the header but their are ways of changing the header info before it is sent off.

The Computer you can not but the ISP you can. You should got to option and u will find it (assum you are using Yahoo Mail)

is on the email message you reveived it has all the information you need from the sender where it came from, who the internet provider they were accesing the internet from was, computer name, location of cumputer in the network, time of message, etc... I am sure you are getting the picture..

first u must installed one of the best firewalls. whenever ur mails comes and outs , it shows u from where mails come and going.
u can also Tracert the mail server from wehre someone is sending u mails.
