I'm assuming you want to find the origin of an email sent to you.

Starting with the email, what domain name is in the return path?
If you can read the full headers you should be able to find domain IP's (they are a string of numbers divided by periods).

So, if you have either a domain name or the IP address in numbers you can try using this source (http://whois.domaintools.com/) to look up a physical address. This site allows you to have just partial names and will help you sort through the possible candidates.

If you need more help you can contact me through my profile and I'll see what I can do.
