Clinton. With Hilary at his side they were a dynamite team for social change. Plus a pair of cool heads as far as military matters were concerned. They were sharp and definitely not puppets. Clinton was charismatic and approachable and therefore a good diplomat. Hilary was able to intelligently interract with other politicians and play a very supportive role to him when visiting other countries. They were the dynamic duo!!!
