When i was in my 7th mont of pregnancy, my right hip started felling like it needed to pop. When i told the dr. he said it would go away after birth. My son is 10 months and my hips still feel like they need to pop.

I can pop my hips by either lifting my leg straight back as far up as I can while leaning forward or by stepping over a small fence or pretend some thing's there. I learned this by stepping over those kid gates.

Visit a massage therapist to relax those lower back, buttock and hip muscles. Then see a Chiropractor for an adjustment. I have a suspicion that your SI joint is binding and giving you that "stuck" feeling in your hip.

I have a hip that needs to pop regulary. I go to the chiropractor. I suggest you go once and you can see what he does and then you can do it yourself.
