No. There was rumor that he was sleeping with Tinky Winky, but those were just viscous rumors started by Sponge Bob Square Pants, who was jealous because Tinky Winky wouldn't sleep with him, and preferred the big purple Grimmace that used to advertise for McDonald's.

I think Barney's a michael jackson type, really enjoy's being around the kids and having fun, none of that grownup bullsh*t. i dont think he was interested in them sexually though, but who knows i guess.
