To tell your friend you like him first think...has he been flirting with you or trying to flirt with you? If he has he might like you back and in that case ask him out. But if you don't know if he likes you then if you can talk to him in private and let him know that you like him if he likes you then woohoo!!! Just give it to him straight and let him know because if you give him hints he might not get it but if you play hard to get he might not go for the bait. Its up to you to make the first move.

not clear if you are a girl or guy now days never know, but if you are a guy and he is a guy find out if he is into the same flavor. If you are a girl and he is a guy is almost guranteed that if you allow him to get close he will tell you that in his mind he has slept with you every time he has laid eyes on you :)

just tell her/him that you like a person very much and then tell some qualities of who ever you like then if he/she asks who is it tell that .....actually you are the one
