Batman; Flash; and I don't know who the other two are

Captain America should have no trouble with Batman, regardless of the crossover. Cap is the ultimate human warrior, and Batman's kicks and punches that weren't dodged or deflected would do Cap little harm. Cap's punches or kicks that got through would send Bats for a loop everytime.

Spidey's Spidersense would allow him to anticipate the Flash's attacks, allowing him to web Flash up, and knock him out with a punch that would break Gorilla Grodd's jaw.

Green Arrow and Hawkeye would be the closest battle...and I'll give the nod to Hawkeye, only because he's younger than Ollie, and doesn't dress like Robin Hood.

Batman beat Cap America in the JLA/Avengers crossover, but only because of luck (some water splashed into Cap's eyes). In a fair fight, Cap would win because he's just as goog as bats in hand-to-hand combat, and can deflect anything bats can throw at him with his vibranium shield.

Spiderman will win against Flash because although flash may be faster, spidey will know when and where he is going to strike because of his spidey sense.

As for green arrow vs hawkeye, it's hard to say because both have no powers, and there is really no frame of reference from the comics to suggest who is more skilled, so I'll consider this one a draw.

Marvel wins DC 2 out of 3.

ok, green arrow vs hawkeye - i think the only tihng that would win a battle between those two would be concentration and experience, as they're both pretty well matched. i dont know much about green arrow, but i think he'd win, as hawkeye's ego would get in the way!
spiderman vs flash - i reckon if spiderman concentrated, he could anticipate where flash was going to go, and then he'd win. but flash has got more experience, and if he caught spiderman off guard, then he'd win.
batman vs captain america - for those of you who said one or the other, have you never read the graphic novel DC vs Marvel?!?! batman fought captain america and they were too evenly matched. they fought for ages, but neither had any kind of edge over the other, and it ended being a draw, so neither of them would win.

Captain America --Cus he's stronger, faster and he doesn't tire thanks to the super soldier stuff.

Flash--He is way to fast for Spidey to detect one quick punch outta nowhere Spidey is down and out.

Green Arrow---Well they are both great shots ..he has abunch of trick arrows which are cool. Plus isn't Hawkeye just marvels rip off of the Green Arrow !!!

batman is too smart for the captain and flash is too fast and too furious for spidey to handle... for the green arrow and hawkeye. it will be a draw..
