Dude! Be nice to her! Trust me, this could be money in the bank for you.
The most ugly girl I ever knew left town for a few years. She came back in her 12th grade year and was the hottest woman on campus.
She remembered that I was nice to her. She was way out of my league but she was still friendly to me because I was nice to her before.

well phsyical attraction is extremely important in a relationship (but its not everything) do you love her personality? can you get passed her "ugly face" (not a nice choice of words btw.)
if so then date her, if not you need to tell her NICELY that your not interested but you'd like be friends and one day she'll thank you

If not tell her nicely you just don't like her like that- but you really want them to be friends......Oh and don't use the word ugly when your talking to her :)

Just be nice to her. You should remember that like you, she has feelings and pride too, so don't go round hurting her. If you feel uncomfortable, then just politely stay away.

be nice about it but, dont tell her that she is ugly. tell her a little white fib. but remember be nice. try being her firend and see if that helps her get over u. try bringing out ur nagatives. such as farting around her, burping, spit, curse, ect.
