this advise was given to me by my doctor. When you feel stressed, take some deep breaths, and try to remember a situation when you felt really happy and relaxed. try to remember every feeling, every color. if you can, take a quick break and go outsidefor a while

I suggest you make work fun or funny. Look at this I got it in an email and if you do some of these I think work may become just a little more fun. Not all of these are for the work place but if you make everything you do a little more fun the little stressful things at work won't seem so bad.

That is not good. You could end up with a stomach ulcer. You have to do something to alleviate this. See a doctor. Have a check up. When was the last time you had a holiday? Do you have anyone to share your troubles with, a problem shared is a problem halved. I believe you need a break from your work, call it professional development.

Sounds like the job is eventually going to do you in.

People should be at jobs they enjoy.

Is there a way where your job can become fun?

If not, move on. I did, and found the right job.

Your job must be exciting, motivating, interesting and entertaining.

If there were a way to make it that way, try and find it. If not, it's a dead end with no hope.

I wish you luck.
