Becaue it is not considered a very social topic allover.Moreover girls are by nature shy in nature and evenif they feel good to say on these topic they have to think over this because most of the people consider women good whn they are shy,calm and well spoken.When words like sex and masturbation comes before a group,it certaily makes the environment hot and exciting which should not be always taken as a hushy topic,it is natural and anybody can highlight what he or she thinks.
