One of the powers would have to be the ability to switch between an amazingly hot guy and gorgeously beautiful woman... but other than that, what would the gay super-hero's powers be? What kind of weakness would they have?

There are tons of gay superheroes throughout the comic book world, check out www.gayleague.com for an ongoing listing. Some being gay is just an incidental trait while for others its there whole identity.

I always thought Darkwing Duck was a gay superhero. He wore purple, no trousers, only had guy friends (Launchpad was FLAMING), and raised an adopted daughter.

I would say a gay super hero is a lot like regular gay people. He would a larger extendable income b/c he wouldn't have to spend it on accidental children or tampons. He could then use the money to buy gadgets, purple spandex, over the top-security systems, bondage wear, and penis shaped cars.

I would bet that if he took his super-heroness seriously he would do everything he could to blend it-so he might be a big closet queen, hiding his sexuality with his identity-and probably wearing a lot of tweed. Then again, he might be out in his real life-but I would imagine he would be very suburban none-the-less. Plus he would be dashing and very appealing to both the fellas and the ladies.

But more importantly, I'm not as aroused by the idea of a gay super hero, but rater the gay villains he would encounter. Sexual tension anyone?

I suppose the gay superhero's story will start out normally, semi-bullied in grammar school, excelled in math, shop and language during high school, but something happened during college...

He could fly, have super strength, and his heroism is explained by his enhanced sense of social responsibility. He could also draw villains into his own imagination through reverse telepathy, subjecting them to countless tortures even as they stand in front of him, their minds shattered but bodies unharmed. He will be the mightiest of all the superheroes ever to walk the planet!

His weakness is simple. The very rare fluid from the Bartholin's Gland.

Super Slushy Dark Void- Super power that would allow you to open up a blackhole that would suck everything inside it.

Massive Spitting Snake- Super power that would summon a rare large mushroom headed snake, that would spit out white goo.

Anti Breeder cannon- A gun that would shoot out super fantastic rainbow bullets at any breeder and turn them into a yummy delicious alcoholic beverage garnished w/ a umbrella.

I think that any gay superhero should have the ability to change bigoted minds by telepathy, or kind of like the care bears used to only with an anti-gay rainbow "stare" LOL
