i go to the gym almost every day and i do cardio almost every day = my friend told me that is better to do it only once in a week so i wont get to skinny? what do you thinks about that issue.

I've read about this, there was an experiment done to see if going to the gym everyday was more beneficial than going 4 or 5x a week. I think it was determined that going 4 or 5x a week was better, going every day didn't improve weight loss, your body needs to have a day off here and there. As long as you don't over do it, I doubt there is any harm in it. I think it's a good habit to go more often, especially if it makes you feel better. You won't get too skinny

not to be rude, but your friend's a moron. i run every day at the gym anywhere from 45 mins. to an hour. if you don't want to lose weight and just keep in shape, run 3 times a week for about 1/2 an hour. once a week won't help your cardio at all, but 3 times a week will keep your heart strong.

I lift weights 3 days in a row, the next 2 days I do cardio and bike riding especially if those 2 days land on a weekend then I bike up and down the beach road....If you have the Ab roller I do those everyday like 50 atleast a day, good luck..

You can do cardio whenever you want. If you are working out with weights, you will not 'look' too skinny, so I wouldnt worry. Most people do not work cardio enough, so if you are one of the lucky few that doesnt mind the treadmill or bike everyday, than pat yourself on the back!

well its probably best to do a cardio atleast once a week but its best not to it all the time... and eating a good healthy diet you shouldnt have a problem with getting too skinny... and if you are worried about that you could always work of getting some more muscle in your body

If you want to cut back, do it every other day

if u r underweight then dont do it more more than 20 mins daily.
