sure, why not, all you need is a USB cable and top of all the Mobile Service Provider must enable this service for you.

yeah, for CDMA phones you need a USB to data cord and plug in the USB to ur machine and data cord to ur CDMA phone.... then switch on the GPRS in ur phone and u would be able to browse websites, u need to specify the connection as CDMA in internet connections folder... for more information, please check this

It can use directly from ur fone if u have WAP. If u have WAP call ur provider to enable it for you! Don't try to do it yourself, very difficult!
