i bought then online but one of the lace slipped out.

Boa boots are great but they can be a pain in the butt sometimes. Your boots should have come with a tool to unscrew the dial with. You'll notice a small hole in the center of the dial, insert the tool (should be a small allen wrench) and remove the dial cap. Now you will see where the laces are anchored. Unscrew the anchor for the lace that came out then reinsert it and tighten it back down. Put the cap back on and you're done. Don't forget to bring that tool with you when you ride and I would definately buy extra laces for your boots as you don't want to get stuck without laces should you break one (doesn't happen very often but if it does you're screwed).

Well I'll say to go see how the other is fixed in. I have no idea what's a boa forum recon boot but i yahooed it and saw how it looked like.
