I orginally live in Adelaide, Australia, and when i went to Sydney for a holiday, it was very frustrating holding an empty can for a span of an hour! There were no bins anywhere! It was ridiculous, could anyone input on why there are no bins anywhere in the train stations or trains in Sydney!?

bins are not allowed into the stations or trains as they could be a hiding place for terrorists to place their bombs....
