You can try Cocoa Butter - there is a brand "Palmer's" that is very good. If you are willing to spend some money you should try Strivectin SD (about $135) it's amazing.

I think if you exercise, eat healthy, drink lots of water and maybe get a tan over it, it might work. What kind of stretch marks are they? The white ones from growth will color up eventually and blend in but I believe the red ones from being overweight stay with you.

Get some Vitamin E cream, and massage them, its the best way to do it, as massage removes the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin,.....its like a loofah but for inside the skin.
