I would say that you are maturing nicely. While they aren't up to par for people in their 30's. Give yourself a well deserved pat on the back and hope that someday they will catch up with you. Actually it sounds like you are genuine and that counts for a great deal. Your kids are very fortunate to have you as mom. Keep up the good work.

I'm going through the same kind of thing. I'm 32 my friends 34 and 35 with kids leave them all the time to go downtown dancing or to bars. I try to go at least once a month but I prefer to stay home with my boy. I've learned to not judge them. Also there's nothing wrong with you, I applaud you for putting your kids first. This will bring you many blessings. Since they respect my decision to stay home a lot, I respect their decision to go out often. Chin up, you're kids should always be #1!

Don't you dare feel bad about being a concered parent with good priorities.
They should be looking up to you!!
They probably will, in a few years when they see how their actions have impacted their kids.

THIS IS GREAT! you're mature enough to raise up your children as grown ups..so they were able to face life & succeed for nothing but because they r well raised up..SEEMS TO ME ...they didn't change by age..if its about obeying their mum & dad..., not being rude..& not acting like other teens..like having girl/boy/friend,drinking,dancing all night,sigarettes..is that what you mean...this means they don't waste their time in nonsense...you must have enough confidense in your self once you're doing the right thing...hope i'm right..in what i guess...be proud of yourself & your children...

Just means you matured or are continued to mature with age and they choose to stop at an age and attempt to remain there.
They will pay for it later on when they are behind the rest.
