employers always ask,whats one negative about you,you would like to fix?i know you should say something positive and make it look like a negative?i forgot what it was, any advice.

The best answer is an honest one - but don't dwell on the problem, put a lot into saying how you worked at solving it.

For example: My last job was very hectic, and I started to have some problems with getting to all my tasks. I was able to correct that by reading up on time management techniques, and by organizing my time more efficiently, and found that I was not only able to get all my tasks completed, but I time to take on additional tasks that eventually helped me get a promotion.

PS - most HR managers know the "perfectionist' trick by now, they hear it all the time. Spend some time developing a real answer.

say you are a perfectionist and need to learn to accept that you can't be the best at everything.
