Simple, if you don't get opportunities to rise in your career by working at call centre or for that matter any job, you must think of other betterment avenues after reasonable time. So call centres are no exception.

No future is bleak in call centres.. as u will to not going to learn anything.. here if u looking from great hideout with youngsters ,parties and lots' of money..then u can go and join them ..abut if u really wanna learn something in life which u gonna help for ur whole life then simply avoid doing job in call centres..
as i seen many of my engineer friends joined call centres..becuase they think ,..that life really rocks there... how stupid..

not reallu unless you become a team leader. further the work experience is not taken inot account its only good to spernd some time before graduation as after a few years the chinese population will also come up with good english speaking skills leading to more competition in the space

yes if you get a job in a good company
there is lot of growth opportunity in bpo industry if you have high education in accounting , software or hardware and the list is long one...

If you're talking about telemarketing, then no. If you're talking about recieving calls, like for a help-line, then yes.
