When I access PhDDissertations.com, I find the following website, which contains abstracts from Northcentral University.
"The following dissertation abstracts are made available by Northcentral University, a distance learning university at http://www.ncu.edu. They represent the final project of the Doctor of Philosophy process in the departments of Psychology and Business & Technology Management."
