who didn't believe people were walking on the moon?

My father never believed anyone walked on the moon. I remember him asking was there air up there and if so, why didn't the flag wave like it does on earth?

There is very strong evidence to support the arguement that We were never on the moon.
I am not sure how much of it you have researched. But I will mention that I have seen many photographs that were taken "on the moon" that could not possibly been taken under the conditions stated.
Some of the pictures and video raise other questions, like where did all the dust settle that the LEM kicked up settle? They legs, feet and exterior of the vehicle are clean.
Where is the blast crater from the landing and the egress?
What about the NASA "footage" that shows the LEM desending. It is raw stock and is labeled "Test footage" and is dated 4 days prior to the date that the footage was released as "Live"
Why wil NONE of the astronauts swear they were there?
What about the radiation belt? Before we "went" they said it would kill us.
We have not gone back? Odd.
I think that AT THE TIME everyone believed it was happening. I know that I did. I am older and wiser now.
I am NOT stating that the moon landing never happened.
I am saying, check some of these things out.
Nothing wrong with a little curiousity.
Unless you are a cat of course. In that case, your species has a real poor history with curiousity.

My mom blamed all the bad weather on the space program.

My grandmother thought it was just one big conspiracy...then again she had a few problems.
