That she should nnot lose any moe weight at all. I know a kid that's 10 yuears old and he weighs 120 lbs. He's trying to lose weight, but I think a 10 yuear old girl should be around 70. 68 is good. Oh, I know what you can tell her, tell her that if she loses that 9 pounds the law might change and since she's under the weight limit she'll have to sit in a booster seat in the car. Well it depends on where you live what the law is. But it's a good excuse.

No, I don't believe that 68 pounds is fat for a 10 year old.
One thing that you might want to tell her is that it is actually unhealthy to change your weight a lot as a child. Her body is still growing and forming and there is a ways to go before she should be concerned about things like this, especially if she is only 68 pounds.
Hope that this helps.

Unless your little sister is a foot shorter than all the other ten year olds she's already very skinny. 68 pounds is less than the 10th percentile for a ten year old girl. What that means is that out of 100 ten year old girls 90 of them will weigh more than your sister.
Here's a link to a height/weight percentile calculator

Be supportive and tell her she looks great and if you notice her trying to lose weight in a weird way, like starving herself or throwing up, tell your parents!!

I can't believe our society is so messed up that it's brainwashed a ten-year-old into thinking 59 pnds is an ideal weight for herself.... I'm 28, and I've never dieted. Nor am I obese. My body trusts that it will be fed (and it is, to my heart's content) and therefore it does not go into starvation mode - which eventually causes your body to cling to fat as a means of sustaining itself through times of need. Eat and stay at a healthy (and normal) weight. 59 pnds is where a 4 year old should be, and your sister should work on getting enough nutrition to grow tall and be beautiful. That's my rant.

Yeah, this is a perfect example of how bad society has gotton. When I was 10 years old I ate whatever I wanted. You shouldn't be worrying about that when you so young. Beleive me you've got the whole rest of your life to worry about that why start at 10.

It kinda depends on how tall or short she is. If she a nice average height 68 pounds is pretty good. Now fat on shorter people look fatter than what they really are. So it just depends on how tall she is.
