Personaly i love scary movies i cant get enough of them even if they scare me half to death. But in general yes i would say i could watch them but not alone though cause that would just be freaky. I'd need my boyfriend there with me who can also watch them (he loves horror too). I don't think either of us get nightmares from watching them.

If you can manage it, go watch them make a movie. If nothing else, visit the Universal Studios park and go see the demonstrations of how they make movies. When you know how it's done, you will peobably laugh in the really scary parts.

Are you talking about on TV? If you are, most horror movies shown on TV are the really bad ones. They're so bad they're laughable and what makes them even funnier is if they have swears that are replaced with different words in the TV version. Just try and make fun of it while you watch it, try and guess who's going to die first.

Try watching them in the daytime. You'll find out there's nothing to be afraid of. Actually, they'll seem stupid instead of scary.

Then, if that wasn't adequate for one night, I watched the "FBI optimal wanted" till now going to mattress and that i grew to grow to be extensive unsleeping infinite the night listening to noises outdoors imagining it grew to grow to be the two zombies or criminals coming after me. I had a fascination with horror movies whilst i grew to grow to be youthful yet I fairly have grown out of it. I even have not have been given any activity in horror movies any better, now not because of the fact they scare me, yet because of the fact they do exactly now not attraction to me anymore ... and that i do now not bypass over them.

so why watch them...I like them. They scare me but rarely enough to cause nightmares. Although..The Hill Have Eyes scared me enough...only because I suppose it could really happen.
