If you have Winamp on your PC...you can look in your Media Library section of the interface and choose "AOL Radio with XM"
or
"Shoutcast Radio" and select a radio station and tune in.
There are so many stations to choose from in each genre...and you need no money to subscribe or program to download...if you already have Winamp on your PC.

there is a website call www.haoting.com but it is in chinese wording but english songs and lyrics can be found at there.
