My heart is too broken .. Iam Indian and I expected Argentina to win the cup or come in the final.
I have seen the match.
1. Blame the coach who miscalculated.
He called the main player from the ground and then made him out sitting on the bench.
2. Goal Keeper - He was too nervous no doubt many crowds and we do forget he is a human being !!

it was NOT the goal keeper, Argentina should have killed the game when they scored the first goal. But the relaxed coach decided to defend and try to keep the lead. Germany had to come back and they havent lost in penalties since like 1976. Plus i guess we could add that Lehman is one of the best goalkeepers out there. Argentina's coach is to blame completely.

the player who will be really feeling miserable would be Roberto Ayala and i feel sad for him for missing that penalty but yes this is life. my heart goes for Argentina eventhough i am Indian and i felt that Argentina were far far better than the germans on the field and it shouldnt have come to the penalty shootouts had Pekerman done some sensible substitutions the world came to an end for a moment for me when Argentina lost i am sure that people would be inconsolable back in their country

India - dosa,idly <3
well thats not the point is it
although im not from argentina i still wanted them to win :-(
i wouldnt blame pekerman entirely but he did want to sit on that one goal advantage, he made it clear when cambiasso came on for riquelme would have prefered gonzalez to be of and also bad luck really for argentina..abondanzeri (forgive me i really cant spell) especially maybe if they didnt have to substitute him pekerman would have the extra substitute and after the germans scored maybe could have brought on saviola or messi but they could have won it caught the germans on the break both times it fell to rodriguez and both times it was missed i only remeber the the shot which hit the side netting...and neither germany nor argentina had lost a penatly shoot out in the world cup till then ¬_¬ ..tevez played a good game ..gonzalez and the inter striker who came on for crespo didnt make any impact on the game what so ever......i have to say the fans had a great deal to play in the germans winning it but i feel sorry for the cambiasso and ayala its heartbreak for them as they have played so much for argentina and maybe to end there last world cup on a bad note..but congrats to teh germans although i still feel the better llost...but as sorin said they will have revenge next world cup but we will not be seeing the likes of so many of them
:-(

Because
1) the stiker can't score goal...
2) they don't had world class goalkeeper to save the goal during penalty kick...
It's always cruel way to lost out on penalty in World Cup...
Like U... I support Argentina... And me not Argentinian... I'm Singaporean... And I expecting them to meet Brazil in the final

You don't have to be an Argentine to be a fan. I LOVE THE ARGENTINA SOCCER TEAM.
The loss is still a shock to me. I still feel like i will soon wake up from this horrid dream. It was so hard to go on with the day and enjoy my daily life, i have to drive around town and see german fans flying the german flag on their cars grrrrhhhhhh!!!!
I blame the coach for the way the Albiceleste feel, for the way Argentina feels, for the way Argentina fans feel. for the you feel and for the way i feel.

Argentina played the better game...Unfortunately, penalties had to take place which is like the Russian Roulette, just have to depend on luck.
DID ANYBODY SEE CARLOS TEVEZ PLAY???? WOW!!!

It just had to be...
But remember, look on the bright side of life. You yourself haven't lost anything. You are still the same person. Tomorrow you will wake up and you'll have your pancakes and bacon & eggs (if you're American), or
--your frijoles con tortillas, if you're Mexican, or
--your salted fish, if you're Eskimo, or
--your rice and miso soup, if you're Japanese, or
--your sorghum and goat milk if you're Namibian, or
--your Polish sausage, if you're Polish, or
--your sauerkraut, if you're German...oh wait--Germany is happy now...I mean, your milk and Danish, if you're from Denmark...or,
--your poi if you're Hawaiian, or
--your Lucky Charms® cereal if you're Irish (just kidding)...your shepherd's pie, if you're Irish...
...and you will enjoy your breakfast and it will be a beautiful day!!! =) Don't worry! Smile!
