I've been having dreams about old boyfriends, which is really weird cuz i don't normally dream and remember them. do you think this means something? or am i just being paranoid. Oh yeah I haven't seen any of them or talked to any of them in over 6 years.

it can mean many things. You could have them on your mind or maybe it means that you need to find a boyfriend. Its trying to tell you something and 99% out of 100% its not always what you think what it is! Your not paranoid. Its something that you maybe need to deal with your conscience. Next time you have a dream have a pen and paper next to bed and write it down. Also was it in color and did you smell anything. Cause if you do its like coming alive. Ive actually had a dream that was in color for the first time. It makes it seem so much real. My friend said something about that but dont remember what he said! I hoped i helped!

You could be reviewing the characteristics of these guys in your dreams which will help you in your waking life to find those same good qualities in someone else.
You could also be entering a new phase of your life and the dreams are a way to go over what you've gone through that's led you to this point in time. It's a way of closing the door on the past.

I have had dreams about old boyfriends in the past. I wake up and feel guilty because there is one in particular that I miss. I don't think that you are paranoid, I think that maybe they offered you something that you enjoyed and now you miss that. If you are dreaming about one in particular, maybe give him a call. What guy wouldn't love the message that says...You were in my dreams last night and I was just wondering what you were up to.

I think however long you are with that person it takes that long X2 to get over them. You may even wonder what he's doing now and what you might have missed out on. I know I do dream and wonder sometimes but I always keep walking foward. Don't make the same mistake twice.

Well, I'm 56 and I still have very occasional dreams in which an ex-wife or girl friend appears.

Or my mother, brother, father, or college friends.
I think it's because of what kind of personality or character they represent to me--they symbolize something personal.
Most of my dreams involve complete strangers or new people I've never met before.
You aren't paranoid. It's just that dreams are a subconscious process, and even modern science, medicine or psychiatry is clueless about what they "mean".

I use to dream about my ex-boyfriends and I found out that when I did usually we would break up. Then as the years past and I would dream about one of them. It woul mean that They got married or they found a new true love. I know it sounds wear, but that is what happened to me.

Dreaming of an past love, means there is something from that relationship that you are missing in your current relationship, or that you need to remember the lessons learned from that relationship. On rare occations it could mean that you need to assume an aspect(s) of that person to deal with a problem.

sometime someone will say a name or you will smell something that will cause you to remember things from the past a dream is to get it out of you head ,now you will forget it.

I think it means that you'll start a new life that completely different! and may be you'll forget all of people beside you, but I don't know that forgetfulness is good to you or not. Don't worry about your dreams. some times they wanna give us some news or some information about ourselves, that we don't mention it.
