I think the church enjoys helping the poor. They have alot of people that they can gather resources from when necessary ,but one cost effective idea timed just right ,from one person, can save alot of people who are unable to think of plans for themselves because of starving illness.
That to me is when wealth impeeds progress ,when plans are needed on the problems more so than just money .
Money is needed for building, in a third world poor province ,if a wealthy Hotel builder builds a really big hotel shaped like a pyramid made of metal and glass with small slide windows installed inside a glass wall panel for air.Opens a glass panel making plant there, the kind of glass that requires blasting sand with heat ,Builds the hotel in the middle of nowhere by a Riverside or trees and Farmland and gets the water hooked up and every thing installed, plus Pulldown beds . Then funding requests can be submitted for the upkeep to provide homes for the Children and Caregivers staying there. Ive wondered if that could succeed .
Maybe someone who knows Forts could build a seperate area away from it for those men who are so angry they attack their own innocents for no reason .

No!
They earned it the hard way! Just because it looks easy now doesn't give any nation a right to any of it!
Let the poor countries rise up and overthrow their own corrupt government officials that are rich and keeping the wealth for themselves. Just because a nation is poor doesn't automatically give them the right to a "free" ride! Why don't the citizens of poor countries find out where the money went that the rich countries have already given them? Why doesn't this money get to the poor like it was intended? The rich give and give and give... and yet nothing changes!

No nation is obligated to support poorer nations. Just like rich people are not required to give money to poor people.

Rich nations give because it's the right thing to do.

No I dont believe that wealthy nations should be required to share their wealth I think that they should do what they can but not make everything equal. That would make the world communist

Well that would probably succeed in meeting the egalitarian goal of making all nations poor :-)

However, any nation should get a 'fair price' for its goods, services, and resources, whether it is a wealthy nation or not.

It is the responsibility of each state to find its own level of wealth and community. Of course they can be helped, but there is no entitlement.
