Randy Young, who is a registered sex offender, has reportedly been recruiting offenders and predators to live at the Lake Shore Village Mobile Home Park in Orange County, Fla.
There are 25 sex offenders and predators living at the park -- most recruited by and living in trailers purchased by Young, Local 6 reporter Tony Pipitone said.
"What has this place become?" Pipitone asked resident Sally Lawton.
"A sex predator park," Lawton said.

Kudos to Randy Young is all I can say! Rehabilitated former offenders need a place to live. Actually, all of you should praise Randy Young because without this, these offenders may not have addresses and would have to register as transient. At least this way, those of you that are hate mongers, believe everything the media and the politicians say, (which is mostly 99% wrong), and those of you that think you have to have a registry to babysit your children rather than you supervising them on your own (you do enjoy that false sense of security the registries give you), you will know where these rehabilitated former offenders are.
Now, if you would rather here the facts instead of the propaganda: 90 to 95% of sexual offenses occur by someone known to the child - a relative, close family friend, close neighbor, teachers, coaches, scout leaders and after school activity persons. The re offense rate, however, is 3.5% reconviction rate for sex offenders. 1.2% of that rate are reoffenses on child molestation.
Now that you have those figures, how about this: Your child has a MUCH higher chance of being harmed by a drug dealer/user, drunk driver, gang related incident, playground accident, drowning, and struck by lightening, than they have of being molested by a rehabilitated sex offender. So you just enjoy that little false sense of security you love so much. While you are enjoying that, pay attention to the registries and see how they are growing compared to second charges on offenders!

When someone has committed such a heinous crime such as this which traumatizes the victim long after the fact I would be far more concerned with the victims psyche than the perpetrators housing issues. They have to live somewhere I'd prefer prison. However if arrogant activist judges see fit to release these savages I think they should live next door to the judges and defense attorneys who enable them.

i think its exactly what is needed cause they do need a place to live and not everyone is on the registry for rape or because of children i know someone who is on it cause him and his girlfriend decided to run away and he was over 18 and she was not but he didnt force her to go with him it was actually her idea but now he is punished for the rest of his life because he cared about the girl and she would have left by herself if he didnt go with her and he didnt want that so now he is permanently branded and she is free to live her life with some one else some times people dont get what they deserve or are falsely accused and some made one stupid mistake and will never do it again they need a place to go what i wanna know is why there isnt a registry for released murderers they can get out and go and do what ever they like and no one is the wiser and to tell the truth if i had to pick rape or torture and death id pick rape i can recover from that but there is no come back from death and by the way yes i am a rape victim so yes i know what it feels like and i am not just sympathizing with any one

Sex offenders mostly rapes children. People like that ought to be kept locked up in jail forever. Do they ever think of the huge emotional damages that they've done as well as creating future child molesters. Yeah, you guys can live together but not free.

That sounds like what we need. Small trailer parks inhabited by known sex offenders. That way the police know where they all are and so does the rest of the community.

Prison.
I am a very strong advocate for mandatory life in prison for all sex offenders.
It's either that or death. If you catch my drift.
