how do i cofigure the POP and SMTP for my email?

just see the help section for your email hosting company. then follow the instructions they provide.
if on the other hand your setting up your own email servers then just set it up as you desire.
most companies use "pop.mail.company.com"
and "smtp.mail.company.com"

Every mail server has different pop and smtp address.
U didnt specify which e-mail.

Just simply type in "mail.xxxxxx.com" - substitute xxxxxx with your ISP name. It could be .net or com.au or com.ca, depending on whichever country you are in.
