Its hardware problem
If in warranty get it replaced but if not u'll have to get it repaired. Generally this happens due to Lens problem.

If the disks play fine in another DVD drive, yours maybe need to be replaced or if your talking about a playing a DVD movie on your PC, it maybe a bad audio/video codec. Try uninstalling/reinstalling the player software that came with your drive

I think ur Hardware have Prob. ur DVD head have some prob. so u conect a hardware person or go to DVD com.

YOU PROBABLY NEED A DVD DECODER FOR YOUR COMPUTER. DOWNLOADS.COM MAY HAVE ONE YOU COULD TRY.
