Am I the only one who gets this?

No.Regardless of paradigm shifts in society,it is government incompetence that has made 20 cents worthless.Just like they made 2 cent coins worthless.I have a bag of 2 cent Australian coins that is completely worthless and no longer accepted as legal tender. There are a few pennies in there too and halfpennies. So there is nothing new about currency losing value.Inflation has been around for centuries.

What new paradigm shift? Which one? 20 cent doesn't seem worthless, it IS worthless!

Put your new word back in the dictionary until you learn how to use it.

20 cents has been relatively worthless for sometime. Only when added to an already overpriced item such as gasoline per gallon has 20 cents had any relevance in this generation.

Liberty is the place our team spirit ought to lay...and the place it would not lay such must be relentlessly and viciously fought in this united states.
