Go to the site www.geekstogo.com & look to see if they have already resolved this question for someone else. It may be a virus or some other type of issue that has already been addressed
If not, you can post your problem on the website & someone who is truly computer-savvy will get back to you.

We need to know what mail server you are using. Pop3? free mail?? what ever...

im with tiscali, and i cant get into my e mail 2 days now! does'nt it drive you nutz!

try to reinstall your email program should correct problem
