ballet shoes (to fit a "normal shoe" 7.5).

Shops that specialize in dance attire are way too expensive. When my daughter was younger (between the ages of 3 through 10) I use to get her black leotards & pink tights at Target. They were very inexpensive. As far as the ballet shoes, you can probably find the ballet & tap shoes at Payless Shoe Source as that is where I had purchased them. If they do not have them I would suggest going onto eBay and finding some as they always have items like this (I've purchased from eBay as well).

All of these places range in prices from small-big im in adult and i got approx.6-7 pieces of dance clothing from dancewear solutions for about 100 dollars in cluding shipping
and if all else fails ebay does have a lot of good dance clothing at cheap prices and my mom gets a lot of my dance clothing there and i have had no problems i hope u find w.e it is u need at super cheap prices and im sure u will,o almost forgot if u go to any of the websites u can get free catalogs and they are very helpful.

Honestly, I would try your local consignment shop. There are always lots of nice clothes for kids. You can also sell your daughters baby clothes there. Check it out.
