some do-it-yourself car washes have a power sprayer with a degreaser setting. costs about $3-$5 depending how dirty

Go to your local tool rental place and rent out a power washer. Not the nomal one but the one that heats and compresses water so that it is super scalding. It will peel off any rust under there and easily cut through any oil, grease or grime.

Warning. Do not under any circumstance allow the spray to hit you. It superheated and will send you to the hospital.

So far theses answers are all correct, but the difficult part is getting access to the undercarriage. The best way to do this is to get the truck on a lift and then pressure wash it clean.
