Cons: Some people find the soup bland. Some people have reported feeling light-headed, weak, and have suffered from decreased concentration (although some who have been affected in this way felt it was well worth it, since it was only for a week and they had lost considerable weight

you do no longer ought to drop extra pounds. this is a effective weight many women attempt for. yet there is no speedy restoration, i'm sorry, and if there could be, this is totally undesirable and volatile. basically consume wellness meals, (5 to 6 an afternoon, adjust to the nutrition pyramid!), and get in interest a minimum of 60 minutes day by day. that's sensible repeating. happy holidays, and don't enable the pressures of existence attempt to kind you. (: And P.S., do no longer focus to those different uninteresting commercials, they do no longer artwork.

I'm a vegetarian and it seems like I have less weight problems than a lot of my friends.
As far as I know, there is no food that "makes" one lose weight.
Drinking lots of water helps tho, because it keeps you fuller. And it's good for your body and skin.
