get a lawyer and as soon as the baby is born get a paternity test and then visitation... don't talk to her at all though! Good luck.

I'm sure you have talked to her mother by now (& if that didn't work...). I would just get a lawyer. I know they can be expensive, but if you want to see the child (or not be pertrade as a dead-beat father), then a lawyer is the way. Why is she going to get a restraining order? If it is because you have been constently harassing her about the baby (harassing = lots of emais, calls, letters, any contact), of course she will get a restraining order. She is very moody right now, so don't agitate her with more stress. If you two can't come to an understanding now, get a lawyer!

It depends on what she is alleging.

You need to consult with an attorney and stop trying to contact her.

You have no right to communicate with her or visit with her. Until she has the baby, you have no alternative other than biding your time and keeping away from her.

Consult with an attorney and get to know him very well. It appears you will need his services for the next 18 years or more.

It depends on why she wants a restraining order. As the father you have certain paternal rights but if I were you I'd talk to a lawyer, ASAP.

if she is getting a restraining order, don't keep trying to contact her...it only makes things tougher on you...you can be put in jail for breaking the order...the only thing you can do is wait until child is born...petition for a paternity test, and visitation, go through court system, lawyers...do not contact her directly...use the courts...my ex does...and get everything she wants.

she can.

she can get a restraining order, and it seems, if you want custody of the child, then you will need to fight this in court.

if you are going to be denied custody, or at least joint custody, then fight the child support case that is coming up. its only a matter of time.

done bring the issue up with her, if she dosnt tell you that you have to pay, then SHUT UP, otherwise, get ready to lose your life, and all of your possessions

sounds like she is planning to abort, but i could be wrong as you did not give a lot of details.sometimes women are fearfull of giving birth, and choose to abort-for that reason and many other reasons.By not having any contact with you could be a way of not having you around to alter her decision. Was this a casual fling? its hard to imagine that she would turn against you just because she fell pregnant.??--is there a parent behind it??

What excatly is your question?
Do you have any right to force her to bear the child? No.
Can she get a restraining order? I don't know, what grounds does she claim to have to restrain you?
