should i get a 4-1 or 4-2-1 header? i heard 4-1 yields better torque numbers.

It realy depends on what you are going for. If you want to run the same sized pipe out of the collector all the way to the muffler use the 4-1. If you want to maintain some back pressure and still have a nice flow for the exhaust get the 4-2-1. I perfer the 4-2-1 header because most honda engines do not have enough back pressure for anything more than a 2.5 inch exhaust.

yes, a camaro would yield better torque numbers. but if you have your heart set on a header, i'd say a cut up garden hose.

I would go with what ever Mugen offers, Mugen is owned by honda and they make the best parts for any honda you have.
