i know some people shun upon it. some people are all for it. some people do it just to "hook up" with people. some people are completely opposed to it. but besides the whole match.com and other sites where u have to pay. has anyone really had luck? did they really meet who they thought they were chatting with. good stories and bad ones are gladly welcomed.

I met my fiance on Match.com...we have the most wonderful relationship and we are the best of friends..we both have kids from previous relationships and everyone gets along great..so I will say that it is definitely something to try.

My girl and I have been together for a long time and we met on a gaming site. Im over 35 though and were happy but it also can be very very dangerous for younger folks

My daughter met her last ex-boyfriend through the Net. I've known people who have met people who met through the Net and through the personal ads. I guess, like anything else, it all depends on the people involved...
